Vietnam retail group Saigon Co.op has launched a new supermarket concept, Finelife, in Ho Chi Minh City.

Located in the upmarket Ha Do Residential Area in District 10, Finelife occupies a 660sqm area, featuring more than 4000 premium items including organic food, cosmetics, utensils, garments and imported beverages.

Finlife supermarket also offers services such as free delivery with bill above VND200,000 (US$8.60) and bill payment at the store. The company plans to launch laundry service and spare battery renting this year.

Finelife supermarket is the first grocery brand in the country to employ new technologies such as automatic on-shelf price tags and self-checkout counters.
